Miss Lauren has been dancing since the age of 3 and is a graduate of the prestige Performers College. She has a Level 6 Diploma in Dance and Musical Theatre from Trinity College London.
In 2016, she was fortunate to be cast as supporting lead, ‘Eva’, in the Musical “Bring It On!”. From then, Lauren has worked for Tony Peers Ltd. in the UK’s longest running Summer Show at the Scarborough Spa for the past 3 years alongside part-time teaching.
She has worked with top celebrity entertainers such as Bernie Clifton and choreographers such as Kim Gavin (Take That’s choreographer) and Brian Rogers. For the past 2 years Lauren has appeared in the Scunthorpe pantomime at the Baths Hall along with the towns favourite dame, Annie Fanny. She was lucky enough to play the lead female roles of Maid Marion in Robin Hood and Gill in Jack and the Beanstalk in her hometown.
She has been choreographing from the age of 16 for acts such as the UK’s No.1 Lady Gaga Tribute Act and has taught at several dance schools creating a high standard of competition and show work. Miss Lauren has travelled around the country creating performances. Most recently she has been choreographing a tap and modern syllabus for a new exam board which will be released soon.
Miss Lauren also has many friends in the professional industry, allowing her to put workshops on for the local communities. She has had stars such as Adam Garcia, most recently for workshops and is hoping to expand this to give local dancers a chance to learn from the best.
Miss Lauren is a highly qualified teacher with the Imperial Society teachers of Dance (ISTD) and can enter students for examinations for all genres. She is also a fully qualified teacher and licensee of the Mini Movers programme. Miss Lauren is also Grade 8 Singing with Trinity College London. She is currently undertaking her Level 2 Exercise to Music Qualification.
Miss Lauren is really looking forward to working with all her new students and passing knowledge on from all the industry professionals she has been so lucky to work with.
