As we are unable to get away this year, we will be offering two summer schools for students!

During the three days, students aged 5-16 are able to learn routines in different dance styles, such as Commercial, Jazz, Contemporary and Musical Theatre. Our older students will even get the opportunity to learn choreography from West End Shows, and work on their drama skills in script work.

Children will learn how to put a show together and what happens backstage. They will be able to make their own props for the performance and even get a chance to be the director/choreographer!

The summer school will take place at the studios:

Juniors – 10am – 3pm (26th – 28th July)
Intermediates/Seniors 10am – 4pm (29th – 31st July)

Usually, we would do a small show at the end of the week to show you the children’s progress, however for COVID measures and social distancing this won’t be able to go ahead. Instead, we will record the performance so that they can be sent out to parents/guardians, and be a keepsake for the children to watch at home.

Children won’t only be dancing, we will include plenty of games and crafts for the children to do to keep them busy!

What’s included:
  • 3 full days of activities and dance
  • Free T-Shirt for all participants
  • Free group photo as a keepsake
  • Free video of performance emailed to you as a keepsake
  • Prizes for games
  • Materials used for arts and crafts to make props/costumes.
  • Some elements of costume

Children will be required to bring a packed lunch/snacks and drinks. All emergency contact and medical information needs to be up to date prior to the summer school.

Places are limited so please book in advance. A £10 deposit will be required at the time of booking.

We are happy to discuss payment plans to help split costs.

(Prices reflect 5/6 hours childcare per day and is cheaper than our normal hourly rate for classes. Materials used for arts and crafts, game prizes and other materials are added into the cost of the day.)
